PROJECT CYBER PUNK

I'm thinking my contest didn't quite get to people, so I'm extending the due date to SUNDAY.

This project is more than just creating a character, though that IS what you're doing. I'm trying to write a graphic novel which includes all the characters I've created up till now, and Ilea will be the final addition.

Ilea is a 16 year old girl in a dirty, urbanized world trying to make her way up the techno/electronic music charts. She's cyber-punk in style, and tough. She's got a lot of spunk.

Now, the contest doesn't focus on drawing TALENT it focusses on the idea, the overall feeling, of the character.
